All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

     1. To return an item, please text us over whatsapp on 8240664253.

     2. Fresh Goods must be return set wise only as you purchased. Defects or damaged goods will be return unassorted. All the tags and label must be intact.

     3. You need to text or share the picture of item name with rate, quantity and total value.

     4. We will approve your return request.

     5. After approval, place the return item securely and include your proof of purchase (order copy or tax invoice), and your bank details then mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
